This means that there is a lack of blood in the muscles, which can cause lethargy and weakness.
Use the power of protein! Carbohydrates provide the body with enough calories to burn easily with cardio training, but protein plays a very important role in building muscle mass. The foods rich in protein are meat and eggs.
